1. Steam iron
Shrunken sweater fibers can be heated with a steam iron.
It is then stretched with both hands to restore the fibers to their original size.

(2) The fiber cannot be stretched too much at one time and must be heated repeatedly.
(3) The total length of stretching should be known before stretching.

The overall length should be measured using a ruler.
If the length is not enough, it can be repeated.
(4) Pay special attention to the size not to be too large, and adjust it appropriately in the end.
(5) The operation should be performed on the ironing table.
You can put a blanket on the table at home.

2. Use ammonia
(1) Pour warm water around 30°C into the laundry container and drop a small amount
ammonia for household use;
(2) If the sweater is immersed in water, the soap component remaining on the wool and causing it to shrink will dissolve;
(3) Gently stretch the reduced part with both hands at the same time and rinse until dry;
(4) Before it is semi-dry, pull out the original shape with your hands and iron it with an iron to restore it to its original state.
3. Use cardboard
(1) Use thick cardboard (home appliance packaging box cardboard)
Cut to the size and shape of the original sweater;
Note: It is best to sand the cutting edges to avoid snagging on the sweater.
(2) Place the sweater on the cardboard and secure the feet with a few clothespins;
(3) Then use an electric iron to repeatedly steam iron each part of the sweater until it cools completely.
4. Dry cleaners
(1) Take the clothes to the dry cleaner first;
(2) Then find a special rack that is the same size as the clothes and hang the sweater;
(3) The sweater will be treated with high-temperature steam.
The clothes will then return to their original appearance.
